OHS Summit 2010 opens with a senior manager’s perspective on the impact of clear values and strong leadership.  The presentation will speak to our history in implementing OHS Management across multiple plants during a period of rapid growth by acquisition.   Multiple cultures in terms of all management systems and employee relations.  Almost all of the plants acquired were poor safety performers, high on the radar of local safety enforcement authorities.  How our value of accountability and our “dare to be transparent,” strategy developed over a decade ago, have guided the establishment of a well communicated and unified OHS culture
